The Service is offered by Off World Depot, and access to the library of Content is subject to the terms outlined herein. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Registering and using an account
To download the Content, users must first register for an account and agree to maintain the security and confidentiality of their login information. The ability to download Content is contingent upon an active subscription. Should a subscription expire, the user forfeits access to the Content.
Use & Modification of Content
Subscribers are permitted to use Content for both personal and commercial use. Modification of the Content is allowed, provided that the use of the Content is in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. However, users are prohibited from reselling or giving away any Content from OffWorldDepot.com.
Intellectual Property Rights and Licensing
The Content available for download on OffWorldDepot.com is licensed to the user and remains the sole property of Off World Depot or its licensors. The license granted to the user is non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. The user is expressly prohibited from sharing or licensing downloaded Content to any third party. Non-Compete
You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Content to develop goods or services that are in competition with Off World Depot's website. Moreover, you are not authorized to sell, distribute or otherwise make available the Content, even if it has been altered by you.
Changing Terms and Conditions
Off World Depot retains the right to modify these terms and conditions, as well as the pricing of its services, at any time. In the case of paid subscriptions, the revised terms and conditions shall become effective upon the next renewal.
Termination
Upon the expiration of your paid account access, your right to download the Content shall cease. Upon the termination of the agreement, you shall not be entitled to use the Content for any commercial or personal projects. Off World Depot strives to maintain affordable pricing and regularly updates its Content. We do not implement any limiting point systems on our site, and consequently, active subscriptions are required to access our Content. In the absence of an active paid subscription, you are prohibited from using any assets, including those that were previously downloaded.
Cancelation and Refunds
Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time. All fees for the subscription are to be paid in advance and are not refundable in full or in part, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Off World Depot or as otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

Such Linked Sites are provided solely for your convenience, and Off World Depot has no control over and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of any Linked Sites, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Off World Depot is not responsible for any form of transmission received from any Linked Site nor does it endorse or approve any Linked Sites or the information, materials, products or services contained on or accessible through any Linked Sites.
